Before completing the form, please refer to the VADEMECUM that contains all the necessary information relating to borrowing, ordering and placing works on permanent loan.
Requests to borrow a piece from Mariemont museum that is not classified as a treasure (per the Decree of 11 July 2002 on movable cultural property and the intangible heritage of the French Community) must be made using the form below.

The form must be completed and sent in accordance with the instructions in the “information for borrowers” briefing note.
This form must be completed and sent to the collections office (régie des collections) at the Domain & Royal Museum of Mariemont. The email address is: prets@musee-mariemont.be.
